In order to have specific individuals manage investment initiatives, we have created a subsidiary called ARK Investment. It is a subDAO, essentially a management company, open to any active participant of DAO ARK (100+ people) who wishes to participate in each voting process. The parent DAO ARK has delegated 25% of its GT tokens to ARK Investment, allowing active participants to vote and decide on the allocation of the fund's budget.
ARK Investment is an investment fund that consists of DAO ARK members who have:
- ARK Coin (internal cryptocurrency)
- GT ARK (governance token)
Participation requirements for the fund are as follows:
- You hold ARK Coin and GT ARK
- You agree to consider all fund initiatives
- You agree to participate in all voting processes
Participants of the DAO Investment will be able to choose a subDAO according to their interests and expertise. A subDAO is a subsidiary community that oversees a specific initiative, such as gold mining or the development of ARK Wallet.
